Chain Lifts

How to Do

In the Chain Lift sex position:

• The woman will begin by lying flat on her back with her legs up in the air.
  
  
• This position then requires the man to get on his hands and knees from a reverse position facing downwards and away from his partner.
  
  
• He then penetrates his partner using a dipping motion into the vagina.
